Sunset at the North Pole

This is one of the rarest picture that you will ever see in your life
when the moon was closest to the earth. The date the picture
was taken was Thursday, 13th May 2011.

Sunset at the North Pole

This is the sunset at the North Pole with the moon at its closest point last week.
a scene you will probably never get to see in person, so take a moment and
enjoy God at work at the North Pole.
And, you also see the sun below the moon, an amazing photo and not one easily
duplicated. You may want to pass it on to others so they can enjoy it.

The Chinese have a saying that goes something like this:
‘When someone shares with you something of value,
you have an obligation to share it with others!’
I just did …your turn.

Quick quality meeting, very excited to watch this next evolution.  Gotta keep my eyes on the larger picture while, taking care of some small details.  Time to reach out to some primed peeps who are in great positions to assist to their hearts content.  Gotta run, feel free to look us up on <a href=”; title=”Social Business Solutions”>Facebook</a>

Haha, jj, but kinda not, this stuff is crazy.  I am having a hard time believing that I have just started really getting involved with this stuff.  I mean I have been doing SMN from a user side for some time, but know Im on the development side as a QB and this stuff is nuts.  As I share this stuff w my dad and business partners, there always seems to be a point where we are looking at each other and just shake our heads.

Dad – “This stuff is endless.”   Ben – “My head is spinning.”   Haha, I love it, cause my head is spinning too.

It will be interesting to see how all this plays out, if things even go half as planned we are going to be alright.

Head spinner today, starts with something that I have always tried to live by and that is, “Always treat people with respect and always treat people as equals.”  ( ill be the first to admit, I haven’t always been able to do this, but I try my hardest)

With that said, I am finding myself in situations where it is paying dividends, to still have these relationships and to have kept in contact with them.  I spoke with an old friend and former boss today, Andrew Ambrose, great conversation.  Andrew was and is the Master Web Developer at US West/Qwest and know Century something or another.

I gotta say everytime I learn more about his work, I am always extremely impressed.  Lets just say he is developing a entire platform that is like Facebook for kids, I got to play around on the beta version and its awesome.

I do believe we will be able to align on a couple different levels with regards to all this stuff and the feeling is awesome.  I don’t want to go “Secret” on you but I have to, funny how when you ask the universe for something and believe it delivers.  Gotta keep this momentum going, with all this stuff, I hope I am also learning how to stay focused, oh wait where was I going with this???

In the beginning…

Well, here is the start to the journey.  Ringing in my head is “A journey of a million miles starts with the first step.” – author unknown to me.  I am not sure exactly where I am going with this blog, but I do know that I am going.  Ready Fire Aim seems to be the moto anymore and I have to say the results are coming along nicely.  I have definitely had some tremendous learning opportunities, that the nice way of saying I have stumbled, fallen, failed but continue to rise and compete again.  Good news is, in those learning opportunities I have actually done just that and learn a few things.  In my day dreaming, I find my self visualizing some of my mentors both in business and in life, that I have been so fortunate to be around.  I can here my basketball coach in college saying,

“Keep working hard and good things will happen.” – Coach Charles Bradley

“You need to be worried when I stop yelling and screaming at you.” – Coach Lonnie Porter

Its funny how at the time, I didn’t really grasp what they were saying, but I think I do now and something tells me that I will even more in the future.

I have to reflect on my family and friends who have laughed, cried, smiled, walked, talked, supported, loved and been there along side of me during my journey.  If you are reading this and you know who you are, it warms my heart to have you as family and friends and to have shared some amazing experiences with.  I say “thank you” (always look eye) and give you a hug, for teaching me so much about life, love and pursuit of happiness.  Expressing this part of my gratitude deserves so much more, it seems like I could go on here forever.  But instead, I think I will make it a goal and point to show my gratitude in person.

Much much more to come, today is the first day of the rest of my life.
